This show has great comedy potential; I really like the new spin you are putting on established TV tropes and am looking forward to what more you can come up with!

Many thanks to all who visited, rated and commented, giving the underdog team who was cut right away and persevered the fuel and inspiration to go full out for Wildcard status! It's now out of our hands, but we remain grateful for the ComedyCoup Accelerator and the amazing opportunity and motivation it gave us to create. Tonight, the Top 15 will be revealed, as well as our "Flip it" mission, where we got to plunge the depth of our hardware humour and explore a whole new perspective!

The more clips we watch, the more we want to see! Super intrigued as to where a collection of episodes would take us. Lots of potential to be a real cult comedy classic! Best o luck! Steve and Cinz

Dry humour, love the TV drama music, well paced, and worth the pay-off. I like that you embrace the inner under-dog. Everyone roots for the underdog!

Just noticed your final sell sheet. I love how you combined the best of both. It's all great stuff, which is why you deserve a chance to deliver that show to the many fans who have been following you all these weeks. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Dark, brooding... and funny! Great dry-humour pacing as well. I'm sick of seeing shows and movies with people pretty much yelling at me "This last line was a joke! Now laugh, monkey!!" and harping on it until there is no doubt that someone, somewhere, laughed, if only out of nervousness. This Nuts And Bolts teaser, however, is an approach giving the viewer the *chance* to laugh, but not stopping for the uninitiated if not. LOVE IT!

Kudos on continuing with this contest! We were underdogs too and it was only because we kept going and putting out fresh content that we proved worthy of a Wild Card. Good luck moving forward and we wish you the best! - Buddy Guys.

You are right people do like an underdog and there are projects with people who have been on the CBC so to the underdog I hope you make it.

I don't know, it just seemed to keep dragging on, found it to slow paced. Not sure how it's gonna fair out with what some of the other teams have entered. Needed the funny.

Thanks for commenting Sheldon! Our approach is certainly more subtle, and our humour is dry. Definitely different from the other teams. Monday's new video should prove interesting, so check back then!

would have liked to see your faces and such in the video but the lighting stopped that. The video had good content though. Your sell sheet was very well done. Good use of colours, pictures, and information! best of luck you have a good idea.

    Thanks Carly,
The shadowy faces are a specific artistic choice meant to help convey intrigue and subterfuge necessary to overcome being the underdog. We'd love for you to see our faces, so you should come down to our week long open house event. Check our Facebook page for details.

I just saw the tweet about the Open House and the pic of your open bar and choice of solvents. Now that is hilarious! Your fans have been patiently waiting for more videos from the hardware store, so that tweet just shows how rich in humor the hardware store can actually be. Enough with all the required stuff - it's time to get to the Nuts and Bolts of your show.

Very interesting approach. "Follow your funny" is being very true to your vision. You are neither leading the pack or following the pack, so your comedic integrity has not been compromised. Your work stands on its own, so let's hope the powers that be recognize your talent and turn this project into a groundbreaking show.
