Now facing jail time, Devin uses his legal smarts to get himself and his henchwoman Laura released ... into Captain Eagle’s custody. Now shunned by the villain community, Devin is forced to work with Captain Eagle and Laura to restart his business and find new clients among the city’s heroes. It's hilarious, and completely original! Anyone can make a show about game nerds, but comic nerds? That takes serious knowledge on thousands of different characters, plots, and powers; not including flops like AntMan and the other AntMan! Maybe, if i'm good and eat all my vegetables, they'll have an episode on fantasy comics... Okay, really all they need to do is have an ElfQuest episode. The acting could be a bit less fakey from the lead male, but he's really just doing the "CAMERA OHGODFREEZESOUNDLIKEYOU'REONSESAMESTREET" thing, which is easy to fix with a little help from people who won't, or at least promise to not bitchslap you every time you smile funny. So, I give it a 10 out of 10 because the world, NOT JUST CANADA needs this show! Millions of comic junkies and hero nuts are depending on you!

Interesting. I like comic book references and the premise of them needing lawyers. Be careful about using hero details that are not well known as random folks may not always get it.

As a huge Harvey Birdman fan (and who watched the entire original series to deeper appreciate it), I really enjoy the idea behind this. I just hoped that his hatred of heroes could stem from a deeper root than spilled coffee - what about the cavalier attitude most heroes show towards the personal health of villains and their henchmen; especially those who don't have super powers? I mean, what hope could two gruff New Yorkers have against a man with the proportionate strength and speed of the spider and could hang them upside for hours in steel-strength bindings? And especially if such a thing could have happened to his father, I could see how it could turn someone to a life of personal defense (and would explain the coffee hatred as well; severe burns!).

It's a good idea and probably would have been way easier had you taken the hero-defense forced to work for a villain, but otherwise just add some depth to your character because why take the easy route? It has the potential for a solid black comedy that doesn't need flashy CGI to constantly show it off. This definitely has the potential for a season or two and definitely has the legs to support a 22-minute episode.

Truely a show I am liking the look of so far, a former villain forced to aid to the heroes he despises can really lead somewhere
