Synopsis

Using ridiculous behaviour to combat self loathing, anger and angst led to the creation of the Society for Prevention of Self Loathing. Anyone is welcome to join the society. Options to gain entrance to this society include the demonstration of a ridiculous behaviour in a public arena. In order to be accepted, the behaviour must be funny and positive. Nothing mean, angry or dangerous. Alternatively, an altruistic act or donation to charity to be announced is also acceptable as altruism is another way to combat anger and self loathing.
