Buddy Guys' Cliff here. I laughed out loud when I saw your thumbnail. I laughed out loud with your teaser as well. Well articulated differentiator and the clearest sense this time of the tone and content of your show. My only complaint is that you live on the other side of the country, because it would be sweet to merge ideas. Good luck!

I totally get wanting to spend a lot of time honing the script, but then you said that you've been working on it for years... You couldn't spend A LITTLE BIT more time on the "snazz"? The public won't get to see the script, and these videos are the only way of selling yourself to them.. seems like a good place to invest some time as well! That being said, your concept is great and I wish you all the best with it!

So is this about a guy chasing fame or is it about a family sit com with an Indo-Canadian twist.

I would have liked to see more action in this video. Having good videos is part of the competition not just a script. Although very important you have to get people interested in this idea because it does seem interesting.

Hey - it's Joe from "Fruit Farm" here and I legitimately like this pitch. Lots of thought into the concept and we are on the same page in terms of focusing on script - nice work.

I look forward to seeing more from this project. Charm galore, and a great idea. PLUS the mustache in the thumbnails looks like its straight out of Fawlty Towers. Love it!

There is tons of potential in this project. Darryl is a great talent and CBC would be wise to use it.

Very appealing pitch.. You are right, if you're not going to invest heavily in prod. values, then don't do it at all and just talk - I liked your personality and the description of your show. Keep cooking!

While I did find it a little funny, I was a little confused about the direction this project was going in. I am looking forward to seeing more though! Best of luck with the round!

I love that you are scrapping the Production Value and going for content and idea. I can imagine your bible and script being spot on. Good stuff D

I have mixed feelings about this one. Sure it started with Terminator music and then rolled into guy in front of plain wall talking with light and framing issues, but the premise could be fun. So I'm torn.

I like the concept a lot. A minority family pursuing their dreams in Toronto seems like it would be an entertaining show. I also like that you have been working on the idea for a while, so it is well thought out and has some depth. Also, I howled at that thumbnail. So funny!!!

I like the concept – it seems like there’s a lot of comedic potential there. I believe that you are a great team and can pull it off, but I wish you had put more effort into your teasers to make you stand out from the crowd in this space. Good luck!

I would have enjoyed seeing a bit more humour in your third video so you could really put yourself out there, it is a comedy competition after all. I don't really know why you needed 7 seconds to say the differentiator, it should be clear for everyone that this is your third video. You may have been able to use this time more wisely to throw in some extra jokes. You're concept does have potential and it overall reminds me a bit of Borat. Good luck!

    So much yes!
I super agree with Clifford P.; super articulated, and super clear. Also, I definitely think your representation is very important. As an Indigenous person, I face a similar, yet different kind of issue (I don't deal with the ignorance Immigrants face, but an ignorance that FN people face) and having a strong, positive representation is hella important. Kudos, mang!
Also, just about died after realizing you were Little Mosque on the Prairie.
Be sure to check The Troupe out, too!

Bollywood North: your show is definitely different, quite unique. I also liked all the throw backs brought up in your pitch. I like the Bollywood on t.v. now, love the music and dancing. Are you going to add some of that to your show?
