Joe had one dream, open a restaurant. But there is only one problem, - staff. Wait two, - customers.
Joe's dream was to have his own restaurant, but that is when his kitchen nightmare began. It never ends - from dealing with a waitress accusing the customers of having sex with her cat - to cooks who put penny rolls up their butts because people touch them. Never catching a break, - Joe is proof that nice guys finish last. It's "Hell's Kitchen+ Survivor+Modern Family " all in one day at Diego's.
Fave 1 Views 174 Comments 2Started with comedy troupe, "Some People's Children" in Osaka, Japan then moved to NYC for Stand Up Comedy. Ended up in Vancouver to star in a movie which got shelved because some executive had a divorce. Picked myself up, and now I am back in the saddle, sores and all.
God, I have done it all: a television pilot, a magazine show, and a documentary. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, casting, hiring, preparing hosting links, plus connecting with rental and research houses. Currently I edit and produce OutLookTV - a half-hour magazine show airing on Shaw and OUTtv. In my free time I also like long walks along the beach.
It all started with a roasting pan, a manipulative writing partner and a dream I never actually had...
