Week #1 Show Teaser Elephant Empire

This is a preview of an Elephant Empire episode. It's a mix of silly shorties and the original story, "What Charlie Would Have Wanted". A group of friends argue over Charlie's will. What does it mean to be a friend when they're gone? Was he joking? Are YOU prepared to carry out a bizarre burial request? Also, philosopher cops, true love, space fighters, and there's something behind you.

Synopsis

Elephant Empire is a new form of funny that mixes dramatic actors, comedians, and filmmakers to tell strange, provocative tales. Each episode features silly “shorties” overlapping with an original three-act narrative. The shorties are a light candy-comedy snack. The story is the meal. Think Key & Peele & Guy de Maupassant. Or Monty Python with Chekov. Come for the laughs, stay for the post-show convo with friends.

A good comedy makes you laugh. A good story makes you talk it out. We do both.

Each episode is a unique world filled with easter eggs of overlapping characters. The Big Vision is to film across Canada, sharing a new town each week, teaming up with local talent.
