Synopsis

Ever think about the guys who are only in the movie for about 30 seconds? The hero beats them up, stabs them, or shoots them, and thats all you see. Well, those guys are the main characters of "Goons". Follow three disposable henchmen as they stumble along, working as hired muscle, trying to make an honest living. Its pure luck and determination that keeps this ragtag group alive for longer than a day. Will they crash and burn? Will they become the most successful henchmen ever? Either way, "Goons" is sure to entertain, a mix of comedy and action, a knockout of a good time.

I am 25 and have been audition in the professional world for 2 years in Vancouver B.C. I completed the 3 year Acting for stage and screen program at Capilano University and also have my basic certification as a fight director. I am currently writing and working on a web series that has started to be released.

Camden Filtness

Talent, Director

A graduate of Capilano University's 'Acting for Stage and Screen' program, and a certified actor-combatant with 'Fight Director's Canada', Camden puts his talents to use in 'Goons', a webseries that premiered September 1st. When not acting, he is making his own material, and working hard.

Ryan McNeill Bolton

Writer, Talent

Ryan is a Vancouver, BC based actor and Martial Artist. He received a diploma in Acting for Stage and Screen from Capilano University in 2011 and has continued to train in both acting and Stage Combat. He is a Fight Directors Canada certified Actor Combatant and regularly teaches workshops and choreographs compelling violence for Vancouver theatre productions.

Sorry, but I just don't see where this goes. Super violent and yet inconsistent - the premise is that they are inept, but they kick the shit out of people in order to both lose their jobs and get their hired job(s). Great for stuntmen, I guess. That's about it.

i watched this and thought it was really amusing. it is quite obvious that you all have a knack for over the top comedy and your training in stage fighting really offers a realistic factor that other shows lack. A little more polish and this show could really be a hit. keep it up!
