Nice, guys! Well choreographed and nicely timed physical humour in this. You also explained the premise for the press fairly well and had some endearing jokes.

Neat stunts and special effects. I'm not sure if I can fully buy into the violence. You guys are riding the edge though and for comedy, that is important.

I'm not one for senseless violence - but having watched some of the vids - you have a funny concept. Like the editing in your week 5 vid - good luck in reaching top 15.

This is different. The action hero film type schtick is working and it is funny. I don't really like action hero movies but I might still like this because it makes fun of the genre. I will have to see more!

Way to go on your comedy coup efforts to date. You have succeeded in making it to the top 55 and that is something to be proud of. Already the competition is getting tough as the quality of the competitors gets refined. Best wishes for making it to the next level.

i think you guys always have great concepts. They are fun, they make me laugh, but i'm concerned about you getting into the top 5 because there's no way CBC is going to let you keep your team. I like how each character has such a unique personality. Good job with the video this week. I had the impression the goons were going to be pretty hardcore at the start of your videos and now at this stage it appears they are more goofy and not as actually hardcore which is a different direction than I thought the show was going. Best of luck tho with top 15.

I'm really enjoying that although these goons are nameless, they all have distinct personalities and fighting styles that are teased more and more with each video. It's letting me get to know the characters and the show a little better - but mostly keeps me wanting more! Keep up the great work!

Funny fight scene and a show idea that I haven't seen before on TV (I don't think). Reminds me of the podcast Film Riot and their skits... action and comedy rolled into one.

Yes, good physical acting, some better than others but congratulations on making it to the top 55. Not too keen on the gun scene - wish you all the best on the upcoming vote, you clearly have humour to share.

I'm still not sure what the plot to this series is yet, but you guys have are great physical performers and have amazing comedic timing. I also really like the art you guys have for this series. Though, I do have to admit, the art in the earlier title cards is better than the stuff you had on the poster challenge.

I agree with justine c on that you guys have good chemistry. I think you guys have put a of effort into this and am looking forward to whats next.

I love Goons because it's so completely different from anything else on Canadian television. It's physical humour for a change. The hype video underscores that. Guys, if you don't win Comedy Coup I really hope someone else has the vision to pick this up!

I thought a lot of your concept really came together in this video. Lots of energetic editing, choreography, and sound effects.

I'd like to see these characters pushed a little further to make them distinct. Specifically, in the dialogue. Sometimes they all sound like the same bro.

I like how you added a variety of screen shots, your characters stayed true to who they are, and I couldn't guess what or where you were going next. Stay edgy, not cliché. I've been with you guys from the very beginning! I'll admit now: I'm not a fan of violence (stole all the fists in town as a young fella and almost remember each one of it...especially the ones from girls :D ) but your show got me and your acting skills and your fighting expertize and the humour that comes so easy in you (it looks easy, I know it's not - lot's of work, but making it look easy, natural, is the thing I love in this show!!!) and the flow of each video, things come together and, even after more than one view it still makes me lol and rotfl (no bruises after the rotfl, I guess I learned from the best - you, fine people!!!)
So, yes, great presentation, you've acomplished each point of this week's mission, so dynamic and so funny and so enjoyable. You made me wish I still lived in Vancouver, just to be able to attend your event - plus: it's charity, too! Yes, awesome work - TOP 15 awaits for you!

Love the little smoke puffs and the couch scene. I love it when teams can answer the mission but still be hilarious. I should really stop watching these videos at work, my coworkers will start thinking I'm crazy, laughing to myself in my cubicle... and love the coffee cup stain on the sell sheet. :)

I really liked your video it was funny and answered the mission. The scene on the couch at the end was hilarious. One constructive point would be to work on the audio. I found that the music and sound effects were way louder than the talking and it was almost distracting and hard to listen to. Good luck with top 15!

I love the quick action, it keeps your attention. The hot cookie tray, catching the coat and the surprise milk in the head are great shots. You guys are really taking this seriously and doing a fantastic job! I want to see more!
