Week #4 Key It Hollywood North

"The big city is smaller than he thinks." This one was a bit of a challenge for us, as we had limited resources and are only so-so with Photoshop. Our cast was out of town, so we had to rely on older images. With that said, we had a lot of fun with it. Hope you enjoy!

Pick a Poster

Poster A

This poster displays Keith, the egotistical director, in multiple forms. “The big city is smaller than he thinks” refers to the fact that Mark (the aspiring actor), can’t shake having Keith around him. Mark is convinced that he’s cursed to forever have this clueless director on every job he books.

Keith also believes that the only person who matters in the big city is himself.

Poster B

The poster displays a curious and timid Mark, an aspiring actor who has moved to the big city. It begins as a "fish out of water" story, which is why Mark is an onlooker. The sizing of him vs. the city is done to emphasis that it isn’t as big as thinks. He soon finds out that while Toronto is large, the film/TV industry is small and he has a lot to learn.
