Fave 45 Views 657Ok seriously hilarious video guys. This show could succeed on this guy's personality alone. Amazing talent. I'm looking forward to more.

I think this mission was well presented and great job on adding the effects. Actor is very entertating. However, i feel like ive seen this concept before. Ie. Tim the tool man taylor/red green. Congratulations on making it this far and best of luck with the next round.
I love your concept and you! This would be a hilarious show that I would def tune into. I can't wait to see what else you guys have in store. Good luck to you!
Love it
I like that you mentioned Red Green Show and your concept is great. I think this show can be interesting and what you mentioned the video would be funny. Good Luck
Super funny stuff here; the possibilities are endless. I just love watching people fail:) Really hope you guys move on so we can see more shenanigans. Good luck!
This is some really great uncrude commodie
If you are receiving this comment then you are one of my top 15 favorites in this comedycoup.cbc.ca contest and you are congratulated for making the top 55 and doing a really good job on all the missions to date. That has been a lot of work so congratulations on your efforts!
Matthew whether it's at a family gathering or listening to you on the radio. You always split our guts and make us wet our pants. It's really uncomfortable being around you lol
I also like the idea of presenting the differentiator as a machine. Very creative ideas and presented with good humour. Not a fan of the title.
Funny that you made the Differentiator an actual object. Fun idea! And some silly ideas for episode titles. Made me definitely giggle :)
Thanks Laura!
gotta love the title :) great stuff here! i really enjoy your videos, although i do wonder a bit how much longevity there is in it... im willing to give you a shot though!!!
We love that you're giving us a shot Ryan! We won't let you down.
You had me snickering throughout this video. This is definitely how to gooder the differentiator. I can see this 'Handyman' making a run for it. Keep up the comedy.
Thank you kindly Marc!
i feel like this show is what's running through the heads of those people on canada's worst handyman. you're really fun to watch, best of luck in top 15 voting!
You might be right Eric! Thanks for the support.
Uuuuuhhhhh. Am I the only one, who's wondering, how he ever thought, that h could drill for juice? And what's the deal with that machine, that takes things, and turns them into different things? I know. I know. It's probably supposed to be dumb comedy. And I've turned into WAY too much of a critic! But what can I say? I like what I like. And I don't like this.
Funny stuff! One of the few teams in the competition that I keep coming back to every challenge! Keep up the good work :)
Thank you Gwen. That means a lot!
I like this video. it was funny and really showed how your show will be different. I like this idea and I hope you can continue to make me laugh! good luck.
Thank you Jason! We look forward to continuing to make you laugh!
Okay, man, I like it, yes, I like it a lot. Your script is funny and so are you. I definitely want to see more from this team. keep up the great work-- It looks easy for you! You're a natural.
Thank you Jean-Michel! We love that you're so supportive!
I like watching you on camera sir, come across as a very classy gent. Like your style and personality
Thank you Robert! We appreciate you kind words and support!
I want this on tv so bad
So do we Britt! Thanks for the support!
You're one of the few teams actually doing the challenges, hitting all of the requirements and still finding a way to be genuinely funny and reveal more character. Keep going!
Thank you Lindsey! That's kind of you to say! We'll keep going as long as the people let us!
Funny with lot's of red-green opportunities for development. Good start.
Thanks Ed!
Great concept and lovable character! I've seen several of Matt's stand-up routines and his fresh, relatable humour makes him a crowd favourite every time. He is an incredibly talented guy and this is a show I'd definitely want to watch!
Thanks Samantha! Appreciate the wonderful feedback! I'm blushing.
Great comedian does not equal great tv, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, What makes the difference is good writing and a good premise, I don't see that here. Great comedian, sure.
You should have beat out Dope Ass World for this weeks pro pick! I love everything you did! You answered the challenge, it was big time funny and your performance was top shelf! Bravo all!
Thank you Boxcar Dan! That's incredibly kind of you to say. We appreciate the support!
Love Matt's performance. However, Red Green has a best-selling book called How To Do Everything, and he likes to wear plaid too. The fact that you included his picture in this video leads me to believe you might be aware of this. Again, love the performance and the video is funny but this may be a criticism you hear later in the contest. Good luck.
Thanks Max, we appreciate your feedback! My character may sometimes wear plaid, but I'm excited to show you (and the rest of the viewers) what makes our show truly unique in the weeks to come.
The performance is there and there are definitely laughs to be had. I'm not entirely sold on the concept, but Matt has the charisma to pull it off. At the very least, he should get some more opportunities out of this.
Thanks Daniel! Looking forward to more of those opportunities.
the Differentiator machine!!! haha some funny stuff here, you remind me of a Fred Penner type and I grew up with Penner. Let's see if you can get into top 50 man
Hey Jeff! I remind myself of Fred Penner. I often sing songs and crawl out of hollowed logs. Thanks for the support!
This is an interesting project.... unfortunately I do not think that I would watch it. Keep given' r though guys! Just give er buck ten out there
Thanks Craig. We'll give er a buck fifteen if we have to!
Had this guy out for our event! What a natural comedian. He belongs in the spotlight making people laugh!
Thanks Andy! You seem like a good judge of character!
Well you can't get much gooder than great! Wonderful sense of humour couched in a well meaning but slightly off-centre character. Can it be sustained for a full half hour though? I'm sure you'll find a way!
Thanks Gary! Yes, we have some great ideas that'll sustain us for years to come. And we're excited to show them to you! Glad you liked the humour!
I saw Matt's standup routine last night, and it was hilarious. Looks like he's able to translate his energy from live to the camera quite well. Feels like a great fit for CBC. I'd find room on my PVR for this show.
You're gonna make me tear up Trevor. Thanks for the support!
I love it. It's refreshing and funny.
Thank you Leland. I find your comment refreshing and funny too!
I think this show is right up CBC's alley. It could reach a broad audience. Feels Canadian and you're a funny guy with a big personality which is what draws people to shows. People connect to characters they like and you've got a good one here.
Really appreciate that Micah. Thank you so much!
Good differentiator. Very creative!
Thanks Vickie!
I think this differentiator video explains better than any other team's video I have seen so far about what actually makes your show different - and I LOVE that you did it in the style of the show. I can't wait to see more.
Thank you (again) Joanna! Thanks for the support!
wow is this guy funny! Why doesn't he already have a show?
Great question! Thanks for the support Joanna!
Very hilarious video. Laughed the whole way though. Good acting. Would like to see more.
Thank you Dorraine! We're glad you laughed, that's why we did it! We hope too show you more!
The more I see the more I want to see. Great video and terrific approach to the challenge. Should make the top 50 easily and I will get to see more of Matt Falk and learn to do gooder
Thanks Dylan. We're excited to show you more!
A "Red Green for the 21st century" (to coin a phrase) is something I'd like to see and I think your interpretation of that idea has a lot of potential.
Thank you Nicolas. We think so too. Thanks for the support!
Ok seriously hilarious video guys. This show could succeed on this guy's personality alone. Amazing talent. I'm looking forward to more.
You're making me blush
Now I am hungry. That was silly! You remind me a bit of Jack Black when you deliver right through the lens. Really good vocal production too.
Jack and I have a lot in common...I assume. Thanks for the shout out! Now go get something to eat!
This is great ~ go "Team Gooder"!
Thank you kindly Debra! Go YOU!
I love the clueless professor approach! I also loved how you incorporated off the set. Not to mention your physical comedy! I can't wait to see what gooder clips you'll turn out!
We love your support Chris! We can't wait to show you more!
interesting idea
Thanks!
If you teach the bear how to be Amish, you won't have to fight it! Looking forward to more electricalfying work from Matt and the Gooder team.
LOL. But then you'll have to teach him how to plow, and that can be just as dangerous. Thanks for the support!
Matt Falk, you're the bestest! You get all my votes!
Thank you! You get all my love!
Hahaha great video! From a concept which bases at least 50% of it's dialog around ninja-puns, I appreciate words like "electical-fying". Well done fellow honourable mentioner ;)
Ha ha ha. We're happy to be listed with you. Thanks for the kind words!
LOL, "I'm gonna lie down" that was funny!!!!!!!LOL
Had to watch it again today!!!! Love that ending!!
We wrote that line for you! We're glad you liked it.
This reminds of the time my older brother knocked himself unconscious with the nunchucks while showing off his ninja "skills".
That was our inspiration for the video. Glad you recognized it!
Just checked out some of Matt Falk's stand up material on Youtube... Hilarious!! Definitely some great potential for plenty of hilarious episodes with him as the star of this show!
Hey look everyone! I just found my new best friend! Lets get coffee Joel and we can talk about me more. (thanks for the support!)
Your first video was good, the second one was gooder, but this one is the goodest! Keep up the GREAT work Orlando and team! I can't wait to watch this...
On behalf of Orlando and the team...THANKS MICHAEL!!
i love this and this young comedian more votes people tell your friends and your local news paper
Thanks Peter! We appreciate the support!
what lovely young men in this video. it reminds me of home improvement or red green. my husband alowishous loves tat red green show we could watch it for days hahaha. lovely work boys. i got a few things over to my place that needs fixing. wanna pop over?
Thank you Nanny. Glad you like the video. We'd be happy to pop over. We can fix anything! We're a fan of your videos too!
This is a great concept guys. It’s a fresh take on some classic ideas. I can really see this going somewhere. Best of luck!
Thank you Kristyna! That's really nice of you to say!
Funny stuff!
Thanks Brenda!
This is a great combo of life hacks meets home improvement. However, If you happen to have a plan for a future episode featuring kitchen appliance repair and tool maintenance…ummm...I may not take your advice. Seriously though, I loved your ideas and presentation. Hope you make the top 50 tomorrow.
Thank you Deb. Really appreciate it! We hope you'll give us some votes tomorrow!
loved Matt, he is hilarious. definitely want to see more. and Colbert to boot, that was a nice touch. it did remind me of 'home improvement', which is a good thing…. it was my favorite show for years. good work guys, hope you make it into the top 50.
Thanks Diane! Your words are like sweet sugar water to the soul!
Very funny and attention strangling throughout. Matt is so charming it hurts. Loved the cropping of Colbert and the sad, resigned placing of the show titles atop the television. The burst of electreccentricity looked sharp. Great stuff from Manitoba!
Thanks Daniel! I love your words.
Great video guys. Very much on point. I'm a big fan of Red Green and Stephen Colbert. So. I'm interested to see where this goes. Good luck in the top 50!
Thanks Mark! We're also big fans and we're excited to pay homage in our own unique way.
All-around a strong effort from your team, and Matt you have great charisma. With this differentiator vid I see the potential with your show and I think the best compliment the competition can give is that I want to see more. It's clear you know what you want to do and what makes your show unique and that's half the battle. Good luck and let's get MB into the top 15! Electrical-fying...lol:)
Thanks Eric! I appreciate the feedback. Go 'Toba' go!
Matt is a super funny guy so I know that this show would be hilarious. PS I wish my slow cooker would make bubbles. So far it just makes soups and stews.
Matt is a super funny guy and a Mennonite like me lol
Thanks Rachel. Have you tried turning the dial on your slow cooker to 'B'?
I found it creative how you went about this weeks mission. I'm also glad that you were able to keep it related to the concept of your show. I'm curious as to how this would work out as a series though, and it's sort of beginning to remind be of Home Improvement, which was successful but has been done already. I'm sure you guys have that all figured out though, good luck with the competition!
Thanks Christina! I appreciate the kind words. We're excited to keep showing viewers exactly how this will look as a series.
This is really funny, creative stuff. Great editing too. Something different than anything on TV and absolutely better, a la Differentiator.
That's very kind! Thank you!
Really great stuff again you guys, always funny! Love how each week you keep stepping up your game to show us viewers what you're capable of (and I have a feeling you've only skimmed the surface). Can't wait to see more!
This dude is pretty entertaining. Curious to see what else you can come up with.
Thank you Sabrina! Appreciate the feedback!
This is my favorite project!
Thanks Irene!
lookingforwardtoyouwinningthisthing!
Thanks Rory! Appreciate it man!
Nice work Matt! Week 2's Rick Roll killed me. I miss listening to that tape... for reals. In addition, what week 2 did for me was give me a clear sense that you were doing false DIY / How-To scenarios. I may be slow, but I wonder if other audience members maybe didn't totally get it right off the bat with the teaser. Just a thought, but maybe add a wee little 'spoon feeding' each week so that folks get the context even if they only watch that one weeks challenge. Hope that was constructive. Love the show. Love your energy. Good luck!
What's so funny about the rick roll remark? I was being serious.
I mean, we planned it to be that funny...
That was incredibly constructive Clifford! Thanks so much for taking the time to post this. Appreciate your feedback and I will most definitely incorporate it into future videos! Thanks again man!
