    Yeah I don't see this going further than skit territory on YouTube...I don't think parody law would cover you guys for something like this. I could be wrong, but a show based entirely on using the likeness of a celebrity is bound to attract some lawyer action. Aside from that, I think you'd need to really figure out why these people are so obsessed with Jay and if it leads to a comical look at obsession in general that may be funny...but the device of being obsessed with Jay Baruschel and just talking about him on a faux radio show seems kind of thin to me.
