Synopsis

With three women at the helm, a new late night talk show gets ready to hit the Canadian airwaves! Bridget Martin has finally gotten her big break after years of trading jokes for beer on the Canadian Comedy scene.

The slightly eccentric, always hilarious comedy writer Adelaide Malone has the reins of the writers' room, while Phoebe McDonald (Bridget's oldest friend) has the arduous task of keeping the ship afloat, the network happy, and the show on the air.

Four shows a week, Canadian celebrities, and synced up cycles all make for great late night television! Watch the women of "Tonight with Bridget Martin" pour their blood, sweat, tears, & hard liquor into making television history!

I wish there would have been more camera angles, a different approach to how it was filmed. With a few tweaks it could made it a little more interesting for me to watch, personally. Concept? I don't feel it's that strong to be a prime time series:(

The writing was tight; I liked the behind the scenes of a show aspect of it and I would like to see more of the show. Especially when they get to performing and doing the show part of the show. I only wish the audio was clearer, and if someone can't handle a period joke then I'm just at a full stop.

In context of the scene provided, I would also love to have an argument over liquid colours permitted in 'Tampon Time' by the network and what the talent wants to do. I can definitely see a 22-minute special from this and it feels like a female 'Kids in the Hall', especially if you do some cross-dressing and perform as all the men for your scenes. Good luck!
