Amusing trailer (unapologetic! was great), but what makes this different from all the other entries that want to aggregate other people's sketch comedy ideas?

I'm ranking this high because I like the principle - a showcase (co-op) for Canadian comedians to further launch their careers and yet work towards the larger show at hand. And I'm a sucker for puppets, and that cackle really got to me.

Honestly, the only issues I see with the program is that it relies on finding other people and sketches beyond the current not-a-contest that is the Comedy Coup. You're essentially asking to do exactly what their doing, in many ways. As well, who would own the footage? Would it be those who submit or would you own it after submission; or would you only scout talent then get them to come in for in-house productions of their ideas?

It raises a lot of questions, and I feel like you're mostly going to come up against questions like that so I hope you have a tight plan and explanations for further in the contest!

So I get that you want to promote other people's acts, but what makes you different from any other show with that kind of format? What are you personally bringing to the table? I didn't get that at all.
