A is clean and easy to grasp, but I gave my vote to B because it's nice to have some trees in the poster to reflect your title.

I went with poster B, poster A looks like the beginning for poster B with the faces switched in B and W
interesting poster. Makes me want to see more.
My brain can process Poster A way better. My eye takes in hardhat guy and then everyone else. The contrast between them is funny, and then right away I see the green tagline, which makes me more curious. It's a much more focused image. The colourful one (Poster B) is busier and kind of overwhelms my eye. Between the colour and the sizes of the images, my brain can't figure out what it's supposed to see and actually is LESS intrigued and more confused about the story.
