2 million dollars in debt, this artistic Alberta tourist town will do anything to come out on top.
View ProjectBankrupt and desperate, the artsy town of Tulip's only hope for more tourist dollars is a teaser video that gets hijacked by its own maintenance man looking for a chance to shine.

Great teaser
Thanks Rosah!!
Nice scenery :)
Lots of beautiful locations. A fun challenge to make BC look like Alberta in this video!
hilarious. looking forward to more.
Awesome! Check out the other videos and share this project with your friends as well!
From the teaser video it looks like you guys are off to a great start! Great concept!
Thank you! Take a look at the following videos as well and see how we ramp things up!
Fun!
Great!
Quirky. Cute. Beautiful Scenery. In a word: Canadian. Good Luck!
Thanks Mark!
I got lost a little in the middle before the interruption brought us back to the conversation in the office, but this is really well shot, and it looks like we will see lots more of the other characters in the following videos, which will be great!
Thanks Amy for your honest feedback. We love our characters and are proud to showcase them as much as we can!
The small town genre, lots of opportunities for comedy, the teaser only really gave us one character (a funny one for sure) but it will need more to work.
It has a lot more! Check out week 3's video to learn more about the other characters.
I liked your teaser video, going to check out the rest ,
Please do! We know you'll love it!
good job on your week one video. I like the very Canadian vibe.
Thank you. We are Canadian after all! I've lived in small towns in BC, AB, SASK, and QB for my entire life. I know the small town vibe.
nice
Thank you Wanda.
Love the concept.
Is a fertile soul with the possibility to grow a great story!
Funny! Good teaser.............
Thank you! Check out or other videos!
That was a great teaser. Gave me a taste of different characters in the town while also introducing the bumbling maintenance guy. I'm interested in the town's story and residents.
Great! We can't wait for you to meet them! They're a wonderful blend of quirk and heart!
the first week video is cute but doesn't give me a good sense of what this show will be about.
Hi Carly. We didn't want to do a straight "Trailer" like every other team was going to do. We wanted to do something different that would stick out! Combination of "epic trailer" feel, meets "tourism video" cause their in debt, which cuts against the small scene in the office that has a hand held awkward playfulness our show would feel like. We feel it was successful. If you need more info every team has included a synopsis and video description. Hope that clears things up!
Gio, don't forget to take me to the Oscars!
That is a good one, I can see him there on stage with Horsy! LOL!
Keep that stick-horse somewhere safe, because you're going to be auctioning it off for a buttwad of cash one day: "The Original Gio-Ridden Horsey from 'Welcome to Tulip!'"
"Six seasons and a movie!" --Abed Nadir
Gio, you make me laugh!
Thanks C Dog! Love makin people laugh.
This is some great stuff, amigos. Can't wait to see what's next!

The last 3 seconds were the best! Thanks for the laughs.
My awesome horse riding skills:)
love it...9 at least!
Then why not make it a 10!
This show looks hilarious! I was laughing just watching the clip! I need to see more!
You should FOLLOW our project and vote for us starting Oct 23rd! Then you'll get a lot more of us.
Multiple hot dogs. But seriously though. This show looks original, fun and like something I really would enjoy spending a little time with. I'm hoping this one gets some major traction.
We've got our fingers crossed.
Hot dog!
There is no better compliment that. Craving has commenced.
Huh, something about this video reminds me of a little town in Alberta that I once visited. Imagine that!
Yeah I wonder where that inspiration come from?
You know it Wendel!
Yes, I want to watch more. Love the editing, and the actors.
We do too! We can't wait to show you more in Week 2. Plus, you'll get to know Aaron (magic editor man) much much more.
Great characters. I want to see more!
Thank you Renita! These bunch are going to be Canadian classics soon.
This show really hits home ;P So excited to see how/if we remedy our financial issues. Love the idea of clean comedy and non-zombies for a change. LOLed at the trailer. Looking forward to some side-holding episodes.
Side-holdin, cramping at the hip! Glad we made you laugh and have a feeling more of that is to come. Week 2's video is around the corner. Stay tuned on Monday.
I can see the story lines now! What will Riccardo do to save the town? Will he fall in love with Rhoda? Who will come to Tulip Town when the Tourism Trailer hits the airwaves. Don't know, but I would love to watch more to see what happens. The scenery is gorgeous and the filming is outstanding. High class and high art come together in the town called Tulip. Brilliant work ; D
Yes, more storyline to come Mary Ellen. Thank you. We are reaching for a high bar and we know we will grab a hold of it. Keep following us. Week 2 video on Monday!
We hear at Cooking with Heat are following you folks. Enjoy this show idea- it have a Kid in the Hall when Death Comes to Town structure to it. Look like a lot of fun.
Thank you! It really has been a blast to create and play with. We can't wait to show you more about us in WEEK 2. Keep following! Comedy players supporting comedy players.
Great story, can't wait to see the whole 1/2 hour specia.
Us too Debbie! The 1/2 hour special is within reach! Keep the support coming and I have a feeling we will be on your telly.
Loved it. Definitely something I would watch. Great story and dynamic characters with natural talent. This show reminds me of the Wonder Years meets The Office with a touch of American Pie minus the rudeness. Local B.C. talent in its finest.
Thanks Hannah! We love that you said "dynamic characters". That is what we are headed towards with developing our script for the 1/2 hour special. We love that the teaser reminds you of some classics that stick out and have retained a following for decades. High compliment!
This made me very happy. I am so excited! I want more.
We can't wait to show you more Emily! What are some of your favourite TV comedic moments?
Hilarious! Ride on people!
Will do Susan. Whether it be a toy horse or a real one we are going to dream big and out of the box!
Way to go, you guys! looks like this is going to a hoot. "leave the horsey" makes me laugh every time.
Yes! We are quotable! Thanks Leah!
Me too!!
Love it; something new, something different; a breath of fresh air!
We are taking the breath in with you Arthur! Thank you!
LOL! ah, ah ,ah! that is so good!
Yes! You're laughing!
"More! More! More!" Cried the people.
Okay! Only because you demanded! Thanks Jenni!
That Riccardo and his horsy, cracks me up!
Riccardo is being taken for an epic ride. We can't wait to see where he leads us. Love character development!
Totally with you Lisa. I think Welcome to Tulip is refreshing, interesting and makes me want to see more... curious! Great job you guys!
Thank you! You are are a great fan!
I love the idea- a show that can sustain multiple episodes rather than a collection of funny scenes!
I am with you on that. Refreshing!
Thanks Lisa! That was our intent when we created the concept. I am glad you see that evident on our project page. Characters and a story you can follow episode after episode is part out plan for te bigger picture! Please share!
more! need to see more!
We do too! Please share and we can't wait to reveal more of Tulip's special folks.
So cool. The combination of the real place, real stories and the twists that these story-tellers will give is going to be hilarious. Go for it!
We will! Thanks Bob! Please share this with your community and hopefully the support will help carry us to the end!
HA! You guys crack me up! Go for it! :-)
Yes! Thanks Paul!
That horsey kills me every time!
Us too! Thanks Jason.
Yep! Fresh, original. Here's something we haven't seen before! Actually laughed out for this one :)
I laughed out loud, too. Loved the final horsey moment.
Original? Swap the B n B for a gas station and move it one province over and you've got Corner Gas. More safe, old people prairie humour. But hey- my grandparents need a laugh too right?
Too funny. Loved how the show seems to be naturally funny and not forced or crass. The young male in the red jacket is pretty talented and is definitely going places. Props for local B.C. talent and television.
Hey love this project; something new, something different; a breath of fresh air
Yes! Very well done! Amazing, this should have a higher rating. Obvious that this is heads above much of the trite stuff in this competition. Just goes to show that it is a popularity contest first and foremost with friends mostly voting, but this one is deserving of a good rating. As Darcy F. stated, FRESH!
We hope to keep the laughs and surprises going! Thanks for the support and sharing our page. Your feedback is invaluable! Thanks Darcy!
Can't wait to see more!
This is so great!!
We think your great! Thanks for support and keeping sharing this video with other stellar Canadians!
Yeehaw!
Thanks Dale! We hope to ride this thing to the finish!
Awesome! Laugh out loud, hilarious! I want to see more!
We are going to bring it! Thanks for the support. Keep sharing and we can't wait to show you what else we have in store Katie!

Thanks Kyla! We hope to keep the wacky times coming (; you're great!
I really liked it; it made me curious and wanting to know more, more, more!

Thanks Stu! We are stoked to be on this crazy adventure!
Dat's some funny. Nicely done.
