Synopsis

Every big city has one, the trendiest, hippest neighbourhood where all the coolest people live, eat shop and entertain themselves. The latest clothing styles, eating habits and lifestyles may have an unusual perspective from someone from a rural area who has never experienced this phenomenon.

Once such character is John Pickle, a mid-twenties guy from small town Ontario who enters such a neighbourhood when his dad's farm is expropriated and he has to find work elsewhere.

Room-mating with his cousin in "Wellboro", a fictional trendy neighbourhood in the Big City, Pickle finds himself experiencing the many oddities of hip urban living in contrast to his own rural roots.

I know the area well and the teaser captures the visual feel. However, it does not give any sense about what this project will be like - it's just mason jars for a minute and a half. Great potential - let us see it.
