Humanity has finally done it.
We wiped ourselves out. What caused it? Any guess is good it appears; melting out brains by staring into our TV screens or downing too much high fat food, it is uncertain what truly brought about our end. It's all about survival now...survival of the strangest.
Although the show's context/setting are dreary, the tone and atmosphere are highly lighthearted and tongue in cheek to counter typical tropes of the doomsday genre. It will follow a group of dysfunctional people (who really have no business being together) simply living from day to day trying to make it. Quirky yet charming, the satire in the show will poke fun at the doomsday genre and reflect society.

Seems quite interesting. As a fan of the genre I'd like to see where this goes.

I don't understand where the comedy is. The pitch should've been more descriptive about the comedy. I understand what it is about and it would've been interesting to see where they were going with it.

I really like the idea, though I suggest you guys team up as often as you can, because the teaser felt more like a YouTube preview shot by one guy than anything. I don't wish to sound unfairly demanding, as I understand that you probably can only work with the resources you currently possess, but knowing all of you personally, the idea of a satirical post-apocalyptic series is something I can see you guys pull off. So do the best you can and good luck. :)

This deserves to win above all else. If any other idea is chosen, you don't deserve to use the internet....stupid internet explorer users....
